About Us

Inhome Care is a home grown Irish Company with over 15 years experience in Home Care Delivery in Ireland. We provide services to the Older Person and Younger Adults. Our company has expanded primarily through its reputation among HSE professionals & voluntary organisations. We are known for the high quality individualised services we provide, often delivered to clients with high-dependency care needs.

PAULA RYAN

Paula works in InHome Care as Human Resources Manager with responsibity for all staff including our Carer Assistants. 

She joined the Company having managed the HR Function within multinational companies and several Irish owned companies. Paula holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland. She has a wealth of knowledge in the caring profession through hands on experience and knowledge of the industry. She has a passionate belief in the philosophy of independent living for all.

DEIRDRE HICKEY

She has over 15 years experience working in finance and holds an Accounting and Payroll Technician Qualification . Deirdre also has worked in a number of caring roles, namely with Alzheimer's clients in a Day and Respite Unit as well as working in a Day Care Centre for the Elderly for many years. Deirdre has an empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly people and their desire to remain independent in their own home for as long as possible and to be treated with dignity at all times.

LYNSEY JONES

Lynsey is the Client Services Manager in InHome Care. She is responsible for all aspects of service set up, delivery and management. The role involves liaising with a multi-disciplinary team of care professionals as well as clients and families. She is a graduate of UCD, with a Master's degree in Social Policy (Analysis). She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Health Services Management. 

Lynsey has a well developed skill set based on experience in delivery of services to clients of all ages and circumstances. She is driven by her belief in the right of the client to live as they choose in their own home.

HELEN MESSIT

Helen is our Client Services Co-Ordinator, she is responsible for working with our clients and Care Assistants, ensuring our client's needs are met at all times.

Helen left her job managing a hair salon to become a full time carer in 2009. She developed a passion for this work having cared for her own relatives and having been a volunteer with St. Michael's House for many years. As a carer, Helen worked with a variety of clients including the older person, people with disability and children. In 2010 Helen joined the management team in InHome Care as a Client Services Administrator. In 2011, Helen was promoted to Client Services Co-Ordinator. Helen is client focused and is commited to ensuring that all of our clients receive the highest standard of care. She is responsible for the carer aspect of the implementation and development of our Digimed system. Helen is a natural "people-person".
